At Total Analytical Solutions our core competence is the service of MS, LC, GC, IC and Gas Generation instrumentation. We service instruments across the UK from a variety of manufacturers including Sciex, Agilent, Thermo and Waters. TAS offer a variety of different Service Level Agreements for your requirements from PM service only through to fully inclusive agreements.
TAS also offer an Qualification Service, working with you to produce bespoke Work Instructions to meet your compliance requirements using our innovative TRACE system.

We offer 4 SLAs to cover your needs
1. PM Only - Our simplest SLA where you pay for a PM with PM parts. OEM or Alternative Parts - Your Choice.
2. Basic SLA - As per a PM Only contract with the added benefit of guaranteed 72Hr response times for all breakdown calls.
3. Standard SLA - All the benefits of a Basic SLA with the added benefit of all breakdown travel and labour included in the price.
4. Ultimate SLA - All the benefits of our Standard SLA with the added benefit of Total piece of mind with all breakdown parts included within the price and a guaranteed 48Hr response time.

Simple but Thorough Qualification Services
TAS utitlise their in-house bespoke qualification system TRACE. Working in tandem with our CDS, TRACE keeps track of customers' qualification requirements in terms of Instrument Type, Test Criteria and customer selectable set points in terms of Flow Rates, Temperatures, Wavelengths etc.
The power of TRACE is in both its flexibility and speed, creating customer specific Work Instructions bespoke to their requirements within minutes and the flexibility to draft updated versions if customers want to change procedures of add equipment at any point in the future.
TRACE test procedures have been devolved from the EDQM and USP to match pharma level accreditation (MHRA, FDA). Procedures are followed in accordance to a generic work instruction. Ideal for high level auditing requirements, GCLP and GxP standard.
After qualification of a system is complete, TRACE will generate Pass/Fail Certificates, real-time SOPs and associated data in one tidy package.
